Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to manage campaigns across trade services, healthcare, and real estate, and later oversee digital marketing programs for a global paint brand's network of over 8,000 independent retail locations.
Across both worlds, I noticed a frustrating pattern.
Finding an agency that takes the time to truly understand an established local business's market, business model, and operational reality is extremely rare. Most traditional agencies focus on selling retainers and handing accounts off to account managers who are juggling 15+ clients at once. The result? Business owners are left paying for surface-level "vanity metrics" without the internal time or technical background to hold vendors accountable—and with no one stepping back to analyze their entire marketing ecosystem.

When I step away from marketing strategies, life is centered on family, growth, and community.
At home, I'm a mom to two fur babies: Chloe, a sweet Maltese-Poodle mix who loves long walks, and Casper, a fierce short-haired cat who loves playing fetch (a habit he definitely picked up from Chloe!).
Personal growth and community are deeply important to me. As a passionate member of my local Toastmasters club, I'm actively honing my communication skills toward a goal of public speaking. That desire to grow and empower others flows directly into my community work, especially when it comes to supporting other women.
Through 100 Hispanic Women, an organization dedicated to helping emerging leaders maximize their potential, I have the privilege of serving as a mentor for their Latina for Advancement Pathways Program.
